Once an investment in equipment and resources has been made it is the best option (and satisfies insurers, warranties and statutory requirements) to keep them operating to optimum performance.

In many cases minor changes and reconfigures can be scheduled for service visits and reduce cost of ownership or rollout. The scheduled visits are designed to minimize downtime but make sure that all testing mimics reallife conditions for a thorough examination.

There are four normal packages for annual servicing contracts and these are:

  • Standard, 4-hour day and 1-hour out of hours 24hr call out with 2 service visits per annum
  • Enhanced, as per the standard contract but with keyholding included
  • Extended, additional warranty on parts can be combined with either service contract
  • Fully comprehensive,  all parts and labour also with either service contract type

All contracts are priced individually to suit each customers equipment types and level,  with the protected period paid for per annum in advance. We are happy to quote for service levels before installation of equipment or at the time of quoting for equipment so that all costs can be evaluated by our clients. Bespoke contracts to suit any companies requirements are easily accomodated.
